This is a fun holiday tradition. We made our first gingerbread house last year. Daryl loved it so much. When she saw them in the stores this season she could not wait to bring one home. Well, our neighbor was so nice to assemble three houses and sent her girls over with them for my kids to decorate with all the candies. It was an afternoon of fun and sugar.
