Stations Wrap Up

The Stations have been a success. A LOT of work but the children enjoy them. I try to do stations in the morning after our "Eight Before Eight". It is what I would call constructive rather than destructive play. In the afternoon they have loads of free time. I let them play outside, with with friends, and I want them to use their imaginations. I like giving them unscripted "toys" but the end result is always a huge mess. I guess it's the price I'll pay for encouraging active imaginations and deep thinkers.
